Ryle sophomore pitcher Kirsten Allen hurled another no-hitter to lead the Raiders to a 3-0 win over Boone County in the Ninth Region fast-pitch championship game.

It was the 12th no-hitter of the year for Allen, who also no-hit the Lady Rebels earlier in the season.  Allen lowered her ERA to a paltry 0.15 and upped her strikeout total to 418 on the year.

The Raiders, who repeated as Ninth Region champions, rapped out nine hits and were aided by three Boone County errors.

Ryle (33-6), ranked No. 3 in the state, has now won 24 straight games and moves on to the state tournament beginning the week.
